She identified that it was my Facebook connection with my Instagram that was not allowing the connection.  She walked through it wih me as I shared my screen.  I think it is so helpful for me to actually do the clicking instead of her simply taking over and fixing it for me. It was not an easy task for either of us, as I began my original site in 2009 on Blogger. It then was imported to WordPress.com and ultimately to WordPress.org where it remains.
